**Cost Manager / Financial Analyst (Construction)**

At INEX, we develop residential and commercial projects across Cyprus, managing the full lifecycle β from land acquisition to construction and delivery.
We are currently looking for a Cost Manager / Financial Analyst to join our team in Paphos and support cost control and financial performance across active construction projects.
πΉ **Key responsibilities:**
β’ Project cost control and budgeting
β’ Variance analysis (profits & expenses)
β’ Cost allocation and reporting
β’ Cash flow forecasting and financial projections
β’ Coordination with Project Managers and Accounting
β’ Verification of contractor and supplier invoices
β’ Payment scheduling and approval process
β’ Supporting project reporting and stakeholder communication
πΉ **Requirements:**
β’ Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or related field
β’ 2+ years of relevant experience
β’ Strong Excel skills
β’ Analytical mindset and attention to detail
β’ Russian (required), English B2+
β’ Experience in construction is an advantage
