🚀 Head of IT | Limassol, Cyprus

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Head of IT to take full ownership of our technology infrastructure in a demanding Forex / FinTech environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable systems, supporting uninterrupted trading operations, and aligning IT with business objectives.
This role reports directly to the CEO & COO.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity & access control policies
• Lead and manage IT team and external vendors
• Administrate and manage MT4/MT5 infrastructure (setup, optimization, troubleshooting)
• Monitor systems, handle incidents, and ensure 24/7 operational readiness
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding & internal IT setup
• Manage company hardware & office IT infrastructure
• Optimize performance, reliability & IT costs
• Collaborate with Dealing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing & Customer Support

🎯 Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Forex / FinTech IT
• Strong hands-on MT4/MT5 expertise
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity & system reliability
• High ownership and strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent English
• No visa restrictions, eligible to work in Cyprus
• Office-based role in Limassol (5 days/week)
