π° FINANCE MANAGER (LIQUIDITY / PAYMENTS OPS) π°
π Location: Limassol (office)
π΅ Salary: β¬2,500 net
Weβre looking for a Finance Manager to manage daily liquidity and payment flows across our payment ecosystem.
βοΈ RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Manage daily liquidity and monitor all payment flows (incoming / outgoing)
β’ Control account balances and ensure sufficient operational funds
β’ Work with payment providers and PSP partners
β’ Monitor fees, settlement cycles, and cooperation terms
β’ Plan and manage currency operations
β’ Reconcile balances with providers and clients
β’ Collaborate with Finance, AML, Compliance, and Payment Ops teams
π§ REQUIREMENTS:
β’ 1+ year experience in fintech / PSP / payment companies
β’ Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
β’ Analytical mindset + strong attention to detail
β’ Fast decision-making in dynamic environments
β’ English: Intermediate+
