**Marketing Manager at One Two Play**

One Two Play is a store of smart toys, books, and board games located in the center of Limassol. We are looking for an experienced and result oriented marketing manager who can build and run marketing in a structured way - from strategy to execution.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build awareness, bring people to the store, and cultivate long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the annual marketing strategy
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and partnerships
- Manage PR and media collaborations
- Plan and organize online and offline events and activities, develop marketing promotions and special offers
- Oversee social media strategy and content
- Coordinate content creation (photo/video) for marketing channels
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Track results, analize and optimize campaigns

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in marketing (background in retail, FMCG is a plus)
- Experience building marketing strategy and campaigns
- PR / partnerships / event marketing skills
- Ability to both think strategically and execute
- Fluent English and Russian
- Based in Cyprus with legal right to work
