🚀 Senior Business Analyst (Fintech / Payments)

💰 3000–4000 euro net
We’re hiring a Senior BA to help shape our Payment Gateway platform and turn business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

What you’ll do:
• Gather & analyze business requirements
• Translate needs into user stories & acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with PM, Design, Engineering & QA
• Support full delivery cycle (from planning to release)
• Maintain clear documentation in Jira & Confluence
• Contribute to product knowledge base

What we’re looking for:
✔ 4+ years Business Analyst experience
✔ Fintech / payments / SaaS background
✔ Strong analytical & structured thinking
✔ Experience in Agile cross-functional teams
✔ Ability to document complex processes clearly
✔ Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
Nice to have:
• Payment gateways / orchestration experience
• Understanding of transaction flows, cards, APMs
