**Remote Position**
**Salary: $2000/month**

**Requirements:**
• 3+ years of experience in VoIP / telephony systems
• Strong hands-on experience with pure Asterisk
• Experience building and maintaining fintech VoIP systems
• Solid understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS
• Experience working with SIP trunks
• Hands-on experience configuring IVR, queues, skill-based routing, overflow, fallback
• Experience with call recording and working with CDR / CEL
• Linux administration skills (RHEL / Debian) in production environments
• Experience capturing and analyzing traffic dumps
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
• Experience with tools such as Wireshark, Sngrep, Homer
• Experience configuring Iptables and Fail2Ban
• Experience integrating Asterisk with CRM systems, billing platforms, and APIs
• SQL knowledge, experience with ODBC drivers
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Experience working with AMI / ARI (integration with backend systems)
• Experience with PHP is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
• Support and development of the fintech telephony platform
• Ensure high availability and stability of the VoIP system
• Configure and maintain:
• IVR systems
• Auto-dialer services
• Call queues
• Business logic-based call routing
• Integrate Asterisk with internal systems (CRM, backend, billing)
• Ensure fault tolerance and minimal downtime
• Monitor call quality metrics (SLA, ASR, ACD)
• Analyze and resolve call quality and latency issues
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Upgrade and modernize existing VoIP infrastructure
• Document call flows, routing схемes, and integrations
• Collaborate with backend, support, and security teams
