Hiring: Middle+/Senior Manual QA Engineer (relocation to Cyprus)

Requirements:
• 3+ years hands-on manual testing
• Fintech / payments domain experience (mandatory)
• Strong backend & API testing (Postman, Swagger, APIDog)
• Log analysis & monitoring (Grafana, Kibana)
• Deep understanding of STLC, test design & QA processes
• Strong test documentation skills

Responsibilities:
• Functional, regression & exploratory testing
• Full-cycle testing of payment provider integrations
• API validation (auth, callbacks, webhooks, error handling)
• End-to-end payment flow testing (onboarding → processing → reconciliation)
• Bug triage, root cause analysis & release quality ownership
• Investigate complex, cross-system issues
• Maintain traceable test cases linked to requirements
• Collaborate closely with Engineering & Product

Nice to have:
• Experience with payment systems, MIDs, PSPs
• GRPC & event-driven architecture testing
• Product-oriented mindset

Tools: Jira, TMS, APIDog, Postman, Grafana, Kibana

💰 Salary
Up to €3,500 net/month

Cyprus (Relocation package provided)
