Vacancy: **International Tax Specialist**

Location: Montenegro / Serbia / Croatia
Employment: Croatia entity (full-time, remote)

Responsibilities:
• Advisory on international taxation & cross-border transactions
• Support transfer pricing (arm’s length analysis, TP studies)
• Prepare tax memos and analytical materials
• Coordinate external advisors and providers
• Support tax reporting and timely payments
• Monitor tax law changes across jurisdictions

Requirements:
• 2+ years in international/corporate tax or transfer pricing
• Strong understanding of TP concepts
• Fluent English&Russian
• Big4 experience — strong plus
• Fintech / payments / crypto — plus
• Analytical mindset, structured approach
