• Strong REST API design
• PostgreSQL (indexes, optimization, transactions)
• MongoDB (data modeling, performance)
• Prisma or Mongoose
• Docker + CI/CD
• Strong debugging skills

👉 Frontend (React / Next.js) — basic level (~10%)
