Position: **Lawyer (Licensing, IP)**
Location: Limassol
Employment: fulltime, on-site

An international award-winning entertainment company is looking for an experienced **IP & Licensing Lawyer **to join our legal team in Cyprus. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the full lifecycle of licensing for media and merchandise across multiple jurisdictions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
· Draft, review, negotiate merchandise and media license agreements,
· Maintain seamless document flow with licensees and agents worldwide,
· Provide legal and regulatory analyses, conduct risk assessments, and offer general legal advice to support business activities.

**What we expect:**
· At least **5 years** of total legal experience, with at least **3 years** specifically focused on **Licensing**,
· Higher education, Degree in Law,
· Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) law,
· Must hold a valid **Cyprus work permit**,
· Advanced knowledge of English,
· Proficiency in MS Office.
