𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞:
Join a fast-growing fintech platform powering Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) across Europe. You’ll be the bridge between our engineering team and clients, owning the product roadmap, running sprints, and delivering demos of new features. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll turn regulatory and business requirements into actionable product solutions.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
• Own product backlog & roadmap, prioritize features based on business goals
• Gather requirements directly from EMI clients and compliance teams
• Write user stories, specs, wireframes, and process flows
• Run sprints and facilitate ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros)
• Deliver demos and onboarding sessions to clients
• Use AI tools (Claude AI) to accelerate documentation, research, and analysis

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 3+ years as Product Owner / Business Analyst
• Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS platforms
• Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with Jira
• 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡
• Comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders and compliance teams
• Hands-on with analytics & basic SQL

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
• Experience with EMIs, PSD2, AML/KYC, or cryptocurrency platforms
• Technical understanding of APIs and platform integrations
