**Role Overview
**We are looking for an experienced **IT Director** to lead the global technology strategy and digital transformation of Stoli Group.
This role will drive the integration of ERP systems, global IT infrastructure, and advanced technologies — including **AI, automation, and data analytics** — to improve operational efficiency and support the company’s global growth.

**Key Responsibilities
🔹 IT Strategy & Leadership**
Define and execute global IT strategy aligned with business goals
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
Partner with leadership to improve operational performance through technology
**🔹 ERP & Systems Integration**
Lead ERP implementation and optimization (SAP / Oracle)
Ensure integration across production sites, warehouses, and global distribution networks
**🔹 AI & Technology Innovation**
Develop and implement the Group’s **AI strategy**
Deploy AI solutions in areas such as:
Customer service automation
Financial analytics
Supply chain optimization
Production efficiency
Marketing insights
**🔹 Infrastructure & Cybersecurity**
Maintain secure and scalable global IT infrastructure
Implement cybersecurity frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance
**🔹 Digital Transformation**
Drive automation across operations, logistics, finance, and marketing
Deliver technology projects with measurable business impact
**🔹 Leadership**
Build and lead a high-performing global IT team
Manage IT budget and vendor relationships

**Requirements
**✔ 10+ years of IT leadership experience ✔ Strong experience with **ERP systems and global IT infrastructure** ✔ Proven track record in **digital transformation and AI implementation** ✔ Experience in **FMCG / manufacturing / global supply chain environments** preferred ✔ Strong strategic, leadership, and project management skills
🎓 Degree in IT / Computer Science / Business (MBA preferred)
