We are an international startup looking for a Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) specialist from India to join our fully distributed team.

🔥 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
— Conduct in-depth user interviews (English)
— Apply the JTBD framework to uncover user needs, pains, and motivations
— Translate insights into clear product hypotheses and recommendations
— Build the research process from scratch

✅ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
— 1–4 years in UX/product research (qualitative focus)
— Hands-on experience with JTBD — a must
— Excellent English (spoken and written)
— Proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
