π**Business Analyst **- **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**
We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join a CRM & marketing automation project.
**Employment: **Full-time, Remote, EU
**Responsibilities**
β’ Gather and analyze business & technical requirements
β’ Communicate with clients and internal teams
β’ Define project scope and manage stakeholders
β’ Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
β’ Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
β’ Participate in UAT and acceptance testing
π―**Must-Have**
β’ 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
β’ Hands-on **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** experience
β’ Strong business & system analysis skills
β’ Understanding of SDLC
β’ Experience with CRM, ERP, and third-party integrations
β’ Strong communication and negotiation skills
β’ Experience with requirements documentation and UAT
β’ English B2+
π**Nice to Have**
β’ Enterprise CRM experience
β’ Marketing automation knowledge
β’ Experience in international distributed teams
