We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to join a long-term international IT project. German proficiency at B2 level or higher is a mandatory requirement for this role.

✅ Requirements

— 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
— Strong experience in gathering, analyzing & documenting business requirements
— Experience working with CMS platforms
— Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases & Functional Specifications
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
— English — Fluent
— German — B2(mandatory) 🇩🇪

🔹 Responsibilities

— Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders
— Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS
— Collaborate with the development team on the implementation and improvement of an FAQ Bot
— Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality & user experience
— Support release planning, testing, and project documentation
