We’re expanding our Mobile R&D team at On The Spot! We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide the engineering team and drive the mobile architecture for Finonex — a multi-brand, high-scale online trading platform. 📱💻

Warsaw (only), B2B-contract (only), English: from B2, salary range: up to $7500 gross.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Provide technical leadership and mentor the mobile engineering team
🔹 Shape app architecture, code quality, and performance standards
🔹 Drive cross-platform Flutter development alongside native iOS/Android integrations
🔹 Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Backend teams

Key requirements:
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart in production
✅ Background in iOS / Android development
✅ Proven track record in leading engineering teams & driving architectural decisions
✅ Deep understanding of CI/CD, mobile security, and high-scale applications
