🌟 Interexy is looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Fullstack Engineer who can combine technical leadership with hands-on development.

Location: Belarus, Minsk

Responsibilities:

– Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making
– Write production-level code and support the engineering team
– Provide expertise in blockchain/Web3 and prediction market mechanics
– Join presale and discovery calls with clients
– Help with technical project estimation
– Support the team as a technical expert
– Contribute to the development of scalable and high-load solutions

Requirements:

– Commercial experience as a Senior/Lead Backend or Fullstack Engineer
– Experience in crypto / blockchain / fintech / trading-related projects
– Understanding of prediction markets, trading platforms, betting mechanics, or exchange systems
– Strong backend development skills
– Experience with high-load and scalable systems
– Ability to make independent technical decisions
– Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

– Experience with Web3 and smart contracts
– Experience with crypto exchange or trading platforms
– Understanding of DeFi mechanics
– Experience in technical consulting or tech leadership
– Participation in presale or discovery stages

– Golang or Node.js
– React
– Blockchain/Web3 integrations
– PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
– Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms
– Event-driven and real-time architecture
