FinTech company is hiring a hands-on **Compliance Operations Specialist (Process Automation)**.

**Key responsibilities:**
• Automate compliance workflows, reporting, dashboards & risk metrics
• Optimize alert handling, case prioritization & onboarding processes
• Build automated risk-scoring models & internal compliance reports
• Define clear technical requirements & structured inputs for developers
• Maintain & improve data-driven monitoring tools
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, IT & business teams
• Deepen your AML/compliance knowledge over time
• Strong interest in process automation, AI/no-code/low-code tools
• Practical experience or willingness to use AI agents for workflow automation
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs for IT
• Experience with automated reports, dashboards & operational metrics
• Fluent Russian & English (B1+)
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail & ownership

**Nice to have:**
• Background in fintech, banking or fast-paced digital environments
• BI/reporting tools experience
• SQL/PostgreSQL knowledge
• Technical, economics or finance education

**Location: Limassol, Cyprus**
**Schedule:** Mon–Fri, full-time, office
