We are looking for a **__**Merchant Support Team Lead__**** to manage a 24/7 support operation within a fast-growing payments company. You will lead a team, ensure smooth merchant operations, and maintain high-quality customer service standards.

****What you'll do:****
β€’ Lead and coordinate Merchant Support Specialists (24/7 shifts)
β€’ Oversee ticket handling, escalations, and SLA performance
β€’ Ensure fast and accurate resolution of merchant issues
β€’ Monitor payment flows and operational incidents
β€’ Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Finance teams
β€’ Improve support processes and team efficiency
β€’ Handle complex escalations and key merchant cases
β€’ Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

****Requirements:****
β€’ 3+ years in support / merchant support / fintech / payments
β€’ Team lead or senior support experience is a strong plus
β€’ Understanding of payment systems, disputes, and chargebacks
β€’ Experience with ticketing systems
β€’ Fluent English + Russian (required)
β€’ Strong leadership and communication skills
β€’ Comfortable with shift-based 24/7 operations
