We are looking for a **__**Merchant Support Team Lead__**** to manage a 24/7 support operation within a fast-growing payments company. You will lead a team, ensure smooth merchant operations, and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
****What you'll do:****
β’ Lead and coordinate Merchant Support Specialists (24/7 shifts)
β’ Oversee ticket handling, escalations, and SLA performance
β’ Ensure fast and accurate resolution of merchant issues
β’ Monitor payment flows and operational incidents
β’ Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Finance teams
β’ Improve support processes and team efficiency
β’ Handle complex escalations and key merchant cases
β’ Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
****Requirements:****
β’ 3+ years in support / merchant support / fintech / payments
β’ Team lead or senior support experience is a strong plus
β’ Understanding of payment systems, disputes, and chargebacks
β’ Experience with ticketing systems
β’ Fluent English + Russian (required)
β’ Strong leadership and communication skills
β’ Comfortable with shift-based 24/7 operations
