Fintech company is looking for an Infrastructure Lead to manage and develop mission-critical infrastructure and lead a team of System Administrators and DevOps Engineers.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Infrastructure Lead / DevOps / System Administration experience
• Team management experience
• Strong Linux, VMware, PostgreSQL, Nginx knowledge
• Experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Bash, Python
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch
• Networking, Cloudflare, VPN, Zero Trust
• Windows Server, Active Directory, RDS
• Experience with high-load and highly available systems

Responsibilities:
• Manage infrastructure (on-premise & cloud)
• Lead and mentor infrastructure team
• Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability
• Implement HA, DR, backup and security solutions
• Develop monitoring, automation and CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with development teams and improve scalability
