**Accountant**
**€2,500 – €3,000** gross / month
in-house/**Limassol** (ONLY)

We’re a Fintech company looking for a detail-oriented accountant who bridges traditional finance and Web3. You’ll own day-to-day financial operations with a focus on digital asset accounting, crypto reconciliation, and compliance.
**Responsibilities**
•     Reconcile crypto transactions across wallets & exchanges
•     Record crypto-to-fiat entries in the general ledger (GAAP/IFRS)
•     Process crypto payments to vendors, contractors & employees
•     Manage sub-ledgers in tools like Bitwave, TaxBit, or Cryptio
•     Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
•     Support crypto tax filings and gains/losses calculations
•     Maintain wallet security and multi-sig authorization protocols
**Requirements**
•     Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred
•     3+ years accounting experience, 1+ in crypto/digital assets
•     Strong grasp of blockchain, DeFi, smart contracts & token standards
•     Proficient in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero
•     Hands-on with crypto sub-ledger tools (Cryptio, TRES, TaxBit)
•     Familiar with Ledger/Trezor hardware & Fireblocks/Coinbase Prime
•     Advanced Excel skills; comfortable cleaning on-chain data
