🔥**Social Discovery Group** is looking for a **Senior NLP / LLM Engineer **for a conversational AI product team building and improving AI-powered communication experiences🔥

❗️**This is not a typical RAG/agent role.** We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and adapting LLMs for real-world production use cases.

📌**What you'll be working on:**
• Fine-tuning and adapting open-source LLMs
• Improving conversational AI quality and user experience
• Building datasets and evaluation pipelines
• Experimenting with different LLM architectures and approaches
• Model evaluation, testing, and quality improvement
• Inference optimization and production deployment
• Working closely with ML, Product, and Engineering teams

📌**Requirements:**
• Strong NLP background
• Practical experience with LLM fine-tuning and adaptation
• Python, PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face
• Experience with LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, Instruction Tuning
• Production experience with AI/ML systems

📌Nice to have:
• RLHF / DPO
• Conversational AI experience
• vLLM / SGLang
• Inference optimization and model serving
