We are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join a successful mortgage brokerage / real estate agency team.

Key responsibilities:
— Drafting and reviewing real estate sale and purchase agreements;
— Supporting property transactions from start to finish;
— Liaising with the Land Registry, tax authorities, banks, and other government institutions;
— Conducting legal due diligence on real estate properties;
— Advising clients on legal matters related to real estate and mortgage transactions;
— Managing legal documentation and registration procedures.

Requirements:
— Previous experience in real estate law or property transaction support;
— Strong understanding of property registration and transaction processes;
— Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility;
— Ability to communicate effectively with clients and work as part of a team.
