We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support and further develop a global SAP SD environment. This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong SAP SD expertise with a business-oriented mindset, clear communication, and the ability to work closely with Sales, IT, and global project teams.

**Tech Stack: **SAP SD, SAP ERP, Customizing, Support, Incident & Problem Management, Ticketing Systems, Project Management
English: Native / Fluent

**What you will do:
**
🔹Customize and enhance SAP ERP functionalities based on requirements from business process owners and IT business partners.
🔹Support the administration, operation, and maintenance of the global SAP SD environment.
🔹Participate in global SAP projects and initiatives within the SAP SD area.
🔹Coordinate and manage SAP-related project activities.
🔹Implement business requirements, change requests, and process improvements.
🔹Work closely with Sales and internal IT teams to optimize SAP SD processes.
🔹Analyze, categorize, and process incoming requests via ticketing systems.
🔹Handle incident and problem management as part of 2nd level support.
🔹Support in-house developed applications connected to SAP SD processes.

**What we expect:**

🔹Solid, hands-on experience in SAP SD customizing and development.
🔹Strong knowledge of SAP SD administration, operations, and support.
🔹Experience with SAP ERP environments and global SAP landscapes.
🔹Background in project coordination or project management within SAP.
🔹Strong analytical skills and experience with incident, problem, and request management.
🔹Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
🔹Native or fluent English is required.
🔹Fluent German would be a strong plus.

**Nice to have:**

🔹Experience working with international teams.
🔹Understanding of sales, distribution, logistics, and order-to-cash processes.
🔹Experience with ticketing systems and structured support processes.
