**Head of PMO** **(full-time / remote)**

We’re looking for a **Head of PMO **to own delivery excellence at **Nozom**i (https://studio.nozomihealth.com) - a digital health product studio building products that improve real healthcare outcomes.

**What you’ll do:**
• lead and grow a team of Project Managers
• own end-to-end delivery across all projects (timelines, scope, quality)
• distribute projects and balance team workload
• be the main escalation point for risks, blockers, and delivery issues
• ensure clear, proactive communication with partners
• own partner satisfaction and expectation management
• define and evolve PM processes, tools, and standards
• maintain full portfolio visibility (status, risks, milestones)

**What we’re looking for:**
• 5+ years in Project Management (IT / product / consulting)
• 2+ years leading or managing PM teams
• proven experience delivering multiple complex projects in parallel
• strong stakeholder and client management skills
• experience building and scaling delivery processes
• strong ownership mindset
• ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• excellent communication and escalation management skills
• english c1+

**Nice to have:**
• experience in digital health / consulting
• experience building or scaling PMO functions
• AI tools usage in delivery and reporting
