🚀 TaxDome is hiring: **Head of UX/Design**
🌍 Fully remote across European time zones

At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. We are a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide.

We’re in active transformation of how design works here, and we’re looking for a Head of UX/Design to lead it. This is not a classic “manage a design team” role - it’s a chance to shape a new operating model, build a senior team of UX- Architects, and drive an AI-powered design transformation across a complex B2B SaaS platform.

🔎 What we’re looking for:
• 6+ years working on complex B2B or platform products
• Strong experience building or evolving a design system that became core product infrastructure
• Experience leading both product and brand / marketing design under one design language
• Deep understanding of AI-native design workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar)
• Experience growing senior ICs and giving strong, trajectory-changing feedback
• Strong product and systems thinking
• A cross-functional view of AI, not just personal use

📌 What you’ll do:
• Lead the design system as a product
• Hire, develop, and support a senior team of UX-Architects
• Set the UX quality bar through data, audits, and testing
• Keep product and brand visuals aligned
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Research
• Shape how AI is used in design workflows at the function level
