**We are looking for a Marketing Manager / CRM Manager**

Ayni Gold is a Web3 / RWA project operating at the intersection of blockchain technology and real-world gold mining. We are building a transparent ecosystem where users gain access to tokenized mining capacity, AYNI staking, and on-chain PAXG distributions.

We are currently looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to take ownership of user retention, CRM marketing, and lifecycle communications.

**▪️Responsibilities:**
▫️Maintain and improve the current retention strategy
▫️Develop and launch email / push communication campaigns
▫️Build automated CRM funnels and user segmentation systems
▫️Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities
▫️Work on improving activation rate, staking conversion, repeat deposits, and retention metrics
▫️Launch personalized campaigns based on user behavior and traffic sources
▫️Conduct A/B testing for communications, offers, and retention mechanics
▫️Work with analytics and reporting in GA4, PostHog, and CRM systems
▫️Improve onboarding and educational flows for Web3 users
▫️Develop loyalty / referral / win-back mechanics
▫️Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and support teams

**▪️Requirements:**
▫️2+ years of experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing
▫️Experience with Web3, crypto, fintech, or digital products is a strong advantage
▫️Strong understanding of funnels, segmentation, cohort analysis, and retention metrics
▫️Hands-on experience with Customer.io and automation platforms
▫️Ability to work with analytics, hypotheses, and A/B testing
▫️Understanding of user behavior and product metrics
▫️English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

**▪️Would be a plus:**
▫️Experience with PostHog and GA4
▫️Understanding of on-chain analytics
▫️Experience with tokenized products / DeFi / NFT
▫️Understanding of Web3 audiences and crypto product user behavior
