We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Tech Lead with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and hands-on experience in Prediction Markets, blockchain/Web3, fintech, or trading platforms.

⚡️**Responsibilities:
**
• Participate in solution architecture and key technical decisions.
• Write production-level code and support the development team.
• Provide technical consulting on blockchain/Web3 and prediction market mechanics.
• Join presale and discovery calls with clients.
• Support project estimation and technical scoping.
• Act as a technical expert for the team.
• Contribute to scalable and high-load system development.

💬 **Requirements:**

• Commercial experience as a Senior/Lead Backend or Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong experience with React and Node.js.
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or trading-related projects.
• Understanding of prediction markets, trading platforms, betting mechanics, or exchange systems.
• Strong backend development skills.
• Experience with scalable and high-load systems.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions.
• Good communication skills.

🙌 **Nice to have:**

• Experience with Web3 and smart contracts.
• Experience with crypto exchange or trading platforms.
• Understanding of DeFi mechanics.
• Technical consulting or tech leadership experience.
• Participation in presale/discovery stages.
