Sales Development Representative (SDR)
π Larnaca, Cyprus | Full-time | Office-based (4/1 or 3/2 format)
Weβre looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to join a growing Telecommunications company.
This is a great opportunity for someone with early sales experience who wants to grow in tech/telecom sales and work in an international environment.
πΌ What youβll do:
β’ Generate and qualify new business leads
β’ Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, conferences, and other channels
β’ Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
β’ Introduce the companyβs Telecommunications platform to potential customers
β’ Schedule meetings for the sales team
β’ Conduct market and competitor research
β’ Develop tailored outreach and follow-up sequences
β’ Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion and pipeline growth
β’ Track performance metrics and outreach effectiveness

Requirements:
β’ 1β3 years of experience in sales / SDR / business development
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed targets
β’ Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
β Nice to have:
β’ Experience in technology or Telecommunications industry
β’ Experience with outreach automation and sequencing tools
