We are looking for a **NET Backend Developer / C# Developer** to join remote outstaff projects for our partner companies.

**Level:** Middle+ / Senior
**Format:** Remote
**Engagement:** Full-time / long-term project-based cooperation
**English:** B2+ required
**Employment:** possible official employment or contract cooperation in RF / RB / EU depending on the project and candidate location

**Must-have:**
• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET and strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core;
• experience with relational databases and strong SQL, usage PostgreSQL / MS SQL / Oracle / MySQL;
• experience with Entity Framework Core / Dapper / LINQ;
• understanding of microservice architecture and experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka or similar message brokers;
• unit / integration testing;
• code review and refactoring experience;
• English - B2+

**Nice to have:**
• Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure / AWS / GCP
• high-load systems experience;
• FinTech / Retail / ERP / Enterprise domain experience;
• mentoring or Tech Lead experience.

**Responsibilities:**
• backend development with C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core;
• API and integration development;
• database design and SQL optimization;
• microservice development;
• refactoring and code review;
• writing tests;
• technical design and task estimation;
• cooperation with analysts, QA, frontend and DevOps teams.
