**Firebird Tours** is a travel company that organizes upscale tours all over the world. We are known for crafting exceptional travel experiences — and our operations team is the engine that makes every journey run flawlessly. At the moment we are seeking a seasoned Head of Logistics to lead and elevate our end-to-end operational infrastructure. Basically speaking you will lead day by day the team of people organizing the trips for our customers. It will include daily report management making sure deadlines are met and bookings made in time, supporting the team with balancing the workload and providing proper advice. We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking and responsible person who is ready to join a vibrant international company and plan the best travel journeys.

**Job functions:**
- Lead the identification and implementation of AI-driven process optimization opportunities.
- Build fluency in AI tools across the team, ensuring practical and smooth adoption.
- Build and maintain operational reporting dashboards that provide real-time visibility into team performance, cost efficiency, and tour delivery quality.
- Define, implement, track clear KPIs and performance standards for all functions within the logistics team.
- Own the incident management process: triage, coordinate response, communicate with stakeholders, and drive resolution of operational disruptions.
- Uphold and enforce quality control procedures, ensuring every tour delivered meets Firebird's standards for safety, accuracy, and guest experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual development goals, and build clear career progression pathways within the operations function.

**Requirements for:**
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role, directly managing multi-person teams and owning departmental outcomes.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing operational processes that improved efficiency, quality, or scalability.
- Deep experience with KPI-driven team management.
- Good knowledge of English (C-level).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset in high-pressure situations.
