We are looking for a strong and people-oriented Collection Supervisor who can motivate the team, maintain discipline, and ensure high performance and service quality.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Monitor operators’ performance, discipline, and script compliance
• Conduct daily briefings and support the team
• Listen to calls and provide constructive feedback
• Train new hires and develop current agents
• Track KPIs: SLA, response speed, conversion, quality
• Manage shifts, workload, and escalations
• Prepare short performance reports

🔹 Requirements:
• 6–12+ months of experience as a Collection Supervisor or Senior Collection Agent
• Team management and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset and confident Excel/Sheets usage
• Stress resistance and strong communication skills
• Proactive and responsible attitude

🔹 Nice to have:
• Experience in financial services, lending, or sales
• Coaching/training experience
• Understanding of collection processes
