**About the Role
**We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst **with a background in audit or internal controls to support the evolution of our financial and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone stepping beyond audit into a more strategic, business-driven position within a dynamic fintech environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
Analyze and enhance financial and operational processes across payments, reconciliation, and reporting
Strengthen internal control frameworks in line with fintech and regulatory requirements
Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and automation initiatives
Act as a key liaison during internal and external audits
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, proposing scalable improvements
Deliver data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions

**What We’re Looking For**
5+ years of experience in internal audit (preferably within financial services or brokerage/fintech)
Strong expertise in financial reporting and internal controls
Hands-on experience with audit processes and working with external auditors
Proven track record in process improvement and implementation
ACCA qualified (or close to completion)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage
