We are looking for a strong, people-oriented, and motivating Supervisor who can keep the team productive, develop operators, and ensure a high level of service.

**Responsibilities:**

Monitor operators’ performance: discipline, quality, and script compliance
Conduct mini-briefings and provide daily team support
Listen to calls and provide constructive feedback
Train newcomers and develop existing operators
Track KPIs: SLA, response speed, conversion, and quality metrics
Manage shifts, task allocation, and workload distribution
Handle complex and escalated cases
Prepare short shift reports and team performance summaries

**We are looking for someone who:**

Has 6–12 months of experience as a Collection Supervisor or Senior Collection Agent
Knows how to manage a team and maintain discipline
Is analytical and confident working with spreadsheets
Is stress-resistant, tactful, and has strong communication skills
Is proactive, flexible, and responsible

**Will be a plus:**

Experience in financial services, lending, or sales
Experience conducting mini-training sessions or coaching
Understanding of collection processes and recovery logic
