🔥🔥Payment Operations Officer (Fiat & Crypto)
📍 Limassol | Full-time | Office-based

We’re looking for an experienced Payment Operations Officer to manage daily fiat and crypto transactions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

☑️Responsibilities
• Execute and monitor SWIFT, SEPA, EFT & Faster Payments transactions
• Manage crypto operations, wallet transfers, exchanges & liquidity
• Reconcile transactions and monitor operational balances
• Work with banking partners, PSPs, OTC desks & custodians
• Support compliance processes, reporting & payment investigations
• Help improve payment workflows and operational efficiency

☑️Requirements
• 3+ years in fintech, PSP, crypto, or high-risk industries
• Experience with both fiat rails and crypto operations
• Familiarity with platforms such as Fireblocks, Utila, Binance, Coinbase, etc.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
