Fintech company is looking for a VoIP Administrator (Asterisk).

🔹 Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience with Asterisk
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS
• Experience with IVR, queues, call routing, SIP trunks
• Linux (Debian/RHEL), Wireshark, Sngrep, Homer
• Troubleshooting, logs & dump analysis
• Asterisk integrations with CRM, billing, APIs
• SQL, Bash/Python scripting, AMI/ARI
• PHP — will be a plus

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Support and develop VoIP infrastructure
• Configure IVR, autodialers, operator queues
• Integrate Asterisk with internal systems
• Monitor call quality, SLA, ASR, ACD
• Troubleshooting, optimization & scaling
• Collaborate with backend, support & security teams
