Fintech lending company is looking for a CIO / CTO to build and scale a modern digital lending platform across multiple markets. Remote, part-time possible.

🔹 Requirements:
• Strong experience in fintech / lending / microfinance
• Understanding of full loan lifecycle
• Experience with high-load systems, microservices, cloud architecture
• Python / PHP / JavaScript (React), APIs, SQL
• DevOps & infrastructure knowledge (Docker, CI/CD)
• Experience with integrations: banks, payment providers, KYC/AML, credit bureaus
• Leadership experience in building and managing tech teams
• English B1+

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Build and lead tech team
• Develop and scale lending platform
• Drive integrations, scoring & antifraud systems
• Ensure security, compliance and system stability
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
