**AI-Native Landing Page & Growth Designer (Remote, Global)**

**Rendeavour** is an international real estate company that builds cities. We are looking for an AI-native Landing Page & Growth Designer to build and scale high-converting landing pages across multiple African markets.
You’ll own the full landing page lifecycle - from concept and launch to A/B testing, analytics, and optimization — working closely with digital marketing and growth leadership. The role combines design, no-code development, AI workflows, and performance marketing with a strong focus on speed, experimentation, and measurable business impact.

**What we’re looking for:**
- 3–6+ years in landing page design, growth marketing, or web development
- Strong portfolio focused on conversion performance
- Hands-on experience with Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or similar platforms
- Understanding of funnels, paid traffic, and analytics
- Experience using AI tools for content, design, or development
- Fast execution mindset and love for experimentation
**Nice to have:** experience with high-ticket products, real estate/fintech, multilingual sites, or multi-market campaigns.
