A fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Limassol.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Managing daily liquidity and payment flows
• Monitoring balances and operational funding
• Working with PSPs and payment providers
• Monitoring fees and settlement terms
• FX operations planning and control
• Reconciliation with providers and clients
• Cooperation with Finance, AML, Compliance & Payment Ops teams

🔹 Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in fintech / PSP / payment companies
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail
• Ability to make fast and accurate decisions
• English: Intermediate+
