We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale our marketing engine. You will own lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, drive outbound demand generation, and lead content and thought leadership initiatives targeting a defined B2B audience.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
**What We’re Looking For
Experience**
-3–7 years in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, or regulated industries
-Proven experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
-Strong background in lifecycle marketing and demand generation

Skills **
-Deep understanding of:
-Audience segmentation
-Funnel optimization
-Email and outbound campaign execution
-Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory topics into clear content
-Strong writing and communication skills
-Experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams

**Mindset **
-Hands-on and execution-focused
-Comfortable building from 0 → 1
-Data-driven and results-oriented
-High ownership and accountability

**Nice to Have **
-Experience targeting financial, or compliance-related audiences
-Familiarity with fintech regulations (PSD2, MiCA, AMLD, etc.)
-Experience scaling marketing
