At [Symfa](https://symfa.com/) we're looking for a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to join a long-term project in the insurance domain. You will take ownership of a strategic initiative - building a modern cloud-based data warehouse.

This is a full-time remote position (Belarus, Poland, Georgia, Armenia and EU countries).

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including 2+ years in **Azure**;
- Expert-level SQL skills (complex analytical queries, performance optimization);
- Strong experience with **Azure Synapse Analytics, PySpark, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2** and data layer design (Raw / Silver / Gold);
- B2+ level of English to communicate confidently.
