🔥**Collection Analyst**
**Location: **__Gurgaon, India__ (relocation from other countries is possible)

**What you’ll be doing**
__In this role, you’ll work with data, reporting, and debt collection performance metrics:
__
- collect regular management reports on operational and financial metrics;
- prepare analytical materials for management: insights, presentations, analysis of trends and deviations;
- assess the current state of business metrics and propose solutions to improve them;
- compare actual results with plans, budgets, and historical periods;
- develop and monitor collection process performance metrics: - recoverability, payment promises, promise fulfilment, overall efficiency, and other indicators;
- identify weak points in processes using data and help the team make data‑driven decisions.

**Who we’re looking for**
__We’re seeking a candidate with prior experience in analytics within collection/debt recovery and an understanding of the specifics of this area.__

**Key requirements:**
- willingness to relocate to India;
- a university degree in a quantitative, technical, economic, or related field;
- at least 3 years of analytical experience in debt collection;
- strong SQL skills: complex queries, CTEs, window functions, procedures, working with large datasets;
- experience building reports in Power BI or similar BI systems;
- Python knowledge is a plus;
- English language proficiency at a confident conversational level (B2 or higher).
