🎯** Must-have**

* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Proven experience in **FinTech / InsurTech** domains
* Experience working on **international projects (US/EU clients)**
* **English B2+**

🛠** Responsibilities**

* Drive full BA lifecycle: elicitation → analysis → specification → validation → delivery support
* Gather and structure business requirements, translate them into clear specs
* Decompose epics into features and user stories with solid acceptance criteria
* Model processes (BPMN, UML)
* Collaborate with stakeholders and development team in Agile environment
