We are creating a SaaS-platform that helps our customers to grow their business around the world. Our platform allows small and medium-sized businesses dealing with taxes, finance and accounting.

**Требования к кандидату:**
- 5+ years of experience in AI-first engineering
- Strong full-stack expertise in Python/Node/Go/Ruby
- Fluent in Prompt engineering and LLM API integration
- Deep experience with RAG pipelines and vector DBs
- Hands-on experience with guardrails and output validation
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with modern AI tools
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with fine-tuning workflows and RLHF data prep
