We’re hiring: Customer Support Specialist (Russian & English)

**ABOUT THE COMPANY **
finera. is redefining global payment orchestration by connecting businesses to multiple acquiring banks, alternative payment methods, and settlement providers across the globe. We enable fast, secure, and seamless payment experiences for our merchants, helping them scale efficiently and compliantly.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist with fluent Russian and at least B2-level English proficiency to work in a fully international environment (the main language within the company is English).

**What you’ll do**
⭐ Support customers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
⭐ Help with deposits, withdrawals, transaction statuses, and verification
⭐ Investigate payment issues and troubleshoot platform problems
⭐ Monitor transactions and escalate technical or risk-related cases

**What we’re looking for**
⭐ Fluent Russian & English
⭐ Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Jira or similar tools
⭐ Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
⭐ Ability to work in a shift-based environment (well rotated and balanced + you can earn more by working on weekends or overtime - it's always paid!)
