🔥 **VACANCY: Finance Manager (Limassol, Cyprus)**

Salary: Euro 2500 (net)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing fintech/payment environment in Limassol.

**Responsibilities:**
• Managing daily liquidity and monitoring all payment flows (incoming/outgoing)
• Controlling account balances and ensuring sufficient funds for operations
• Working with payment providers and PSP partners
• Monitoring cooperation terms (fees, settlement periods)
• Planning and controlling FX operations
• Reconciliation of balances with providers and clients
• Close collaboration with Finance, AML, Compliance, and Payment Operations teams

**Requirements:**
• 1+ year of experience in fintech / PSP / payment companies
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to make fast and accurate decisions
• English level: Intermediate+
