**About the role**:
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to be the backbone of our organization – building smart systems, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-team alignment. This role is about making things run smoothly today while setting us up to scale tomorrow.

We need someone with a can-do attitude, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the drive to own processes end-to-end. **What you will be doing**:
- Own and optimize the company's operational backbone by designing, technically implementing, and maintaining core workflows in Jira, Confluence, G Suite, etc
- Contribute to people processes: talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, etc
- Contribute to business processes: design development, construction and property management, etc
- Lead full project management from initial planning to final execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive cost saving measures, incl P&L analysis

**Requirements & Experience:**
Languages: English and Russian (fluent/native)
Work experience:
- 1-2 years in operations, project management, ideally in fast-growing startups
- Experience running cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments

**Nice-to-have:**
Education: STEM degree
Extracurricular activities is a bonus (Consulting club, IB club, PhD club, Debate club)
