🔹**About the role: **
We are looking for a strong **Project Manager with a product mindset** who will take **end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery.**
This role goes beyond classic delivery management. You will be responsible not only for execution, planning, and releases, but also for shaping __what__ we build and why. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive discovery, validate ideas, define priorities, and ensure that the team delivers meaningful product outcomes.
You will be a key driver of clarity, structure, and predictability, connecting business needs, product strategy, and execution. This is a highly ownership-driven role with a clear growth path toward a **Product Manager position.

🔹**Key responsibilities:**
• **End-to-End Ownership:** Own delivery from idea to release — ensuring clarity, alignment, and predictable execution across all stages.
• **Planning & Execution Cadence:** Drive planning across quarterly, monthly, and sprint cycles. Balance business goals, technical constraints, and team capacity to define clear priorities and achievable plans.
• **Release Management:** Ensure smooth and confident releases by coordinating scope, quality gates, rollout strategy, and communication.
• **Risk & Dependency Management: **Anticipate risks early, manage cross-team dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
• **Stakeholder Alignment & Communication:** Act as a trusted partner for leadership (CTO, COO, Head of Sales), ensuring transparency, clear communication, and well-managed expectations.
• **Process & Workflow Excellence: **Continuously improve workflows and team processes to increase efficiency, clarity, and delivery quality.
• **Team Health & Sustainable Pace: **Create an environment where the team can focus, perform, and deliver sustainably — protecting them from chaos and unnecessary interruptions.
• **Outcome Focus: **Ensure that what we build delivers real value by connecting delivery with product goals, feedback loops, and key metrics.
• **Documentation & Clarity:** Maintain clear and structured documentation to support transparency and scalability.

🔹**Our ideal candidate will possess:**
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product-driven company.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle product development (discovery + delivery).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (6–8 people or more).
• Strong delivery, planning, and backlog management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, AdTech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
• **Fluent in English and Russian.**
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hiring and team composition decisions.
• Ability to manage budgets and resource planning.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just output.
