**Hiring: Project Manager – Infrastructure (Head of Legal & Family Office)

✍️ **Key responsibilities:**
• Coordination of 20–30 international legal entities (UK, HK, EU, etc.)
• Opening and managing bank accounts, working with AML requests
• Coordination of crypto and payment providers
• Structuring financial flows and intercompany setup
• Control of financial reporting and taxation processes
• Analysis of new jurisdictions and regulatory requirements

✔️ **Requirements:
•** 3–6 years in fintech / payments / legal / operations
• Strong understanding of financial, legal and accounting structures
• Experience working with multiple international entities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• English – working proficiency
